I like how the staircases interact with the rest of the volumes. Are the lower volumes open to the floor plane above, do they have their own coverings, some combination of the two?
Most of the volumes on the lower level will be open to the floor above. I'm still considering cover 1 or 2 of the volumes that have 2 floors just for privacy reasons. There will be exterior closing that go to the next level to create the arch that I developed from the beginning.
