My goal with this idea was to create volumes within the arch and create a whole unit.

Update on the Urban Eatery and Culinary School

Sorry it took my a while to post my updates, I started to run in a little wild with the façade and massing of my model. I decided to go back to my original design of the hybrid model and create an arch over the eatery. The massing on the top is where the culinary school is located, creating a space between the eatery and the school. The maximum height is 60' and the culinary school starts 45' high. The roof top restaurant for the culinary school is located on the corner, and it is 2 floors. There is a bridge connecting the two massing where the library will be located. I'm considering adding a bridge for the eatery to connect them.
