This is the layout for the 1st floor where the urban eatery is located. I followed the flow of the pieces and laid out the flow of the restaurants spaces and exhibition and outdoor space. While laying out the spaces, I realized that I would be needing both lots to have enough space for the urban eatery and culinary school.

ReplyDeleteYour hybrid conceptual model is progressing nicely. Now that you move on to layout the spaces in order to inform the model with program I highly recommend that you work both in PLAN AND SECTION layouts simultaneously. Think already possibilities of double high spaces for specific program.
I need to see these models in the site with orientation and scale.
