What a great site - I'm really looking forward to seeing what you can do with it. I agree with Phanos in terms of context, and would also suggest that you start looking at key links/ routes into your building, important vistas that you'd like to utilise and also how your architecture can work with the fantastic waterfront and park in front of it. Its so important that you don't just think of your building as the red line square - a building of your type needs to take advantage of all the surroundings you've been given.
Consider the impact that the existing, nearby buildings and structures may have on your design.
